About this tour
Built in the 1770s on a hill overlooking the sea, Rose Hall is a restored Georgian plantation house and one of the best-known landmarks in Jamaica. It's also home to the legend of Annie Palmer, the 'White Witch of Rose Hall', a story told on the house tour by candlelight and daylight alike.
We drive you there in a private air-conditioned vehicle, wait while you take the house tour, and bring you back. On the way we'll talk about the plantation era, the people enslaved here and how the story of Rose Hall fits into Jamaica's wider history.
Rose Hall is about 20 minutes from most Montego Bay hotels, so it pairs well with the Montego Bay Highlights Tour or an afternoon on the beach.
